Thank you for sharing your heart for healing with us.” –Michelle

Workshops/Retreats
Working with others on the grief journey- and those that have chosen to walk with them- energizes me for my own journey. In this community, there is a shared understanding of loss, though we all know our journeys are individually our own. It is important to me to share my knowledge and experiences to help others, through facilitating group conversations, giving insights and tools to help in the healing process and practical tips to not move on, but instead move forward. It is also vitally important to me to educate other professionals (clergy, nurses, counselors, doctors, funeral directors, teachers, ministry leaders, etc.) on how to advocate for and serve the grieving community they find themselves in service of.
I understand the challenge of finding just the right trainer for your meeting or event. I know the success of your event comes down to the quality of the trainers. If they do great, you look great and your staff is well-served. If they are mediocre, it makes your job harder. If you need a trainer who can energize and encourage your team and teach them practical material that they can use right away, I believe I’m the man for the job. My goal? To be the easiest trainer you’ve ever worked with.
“You are doing fantastic work. Schools do not know how to adequately care for grieving children.” –Danny
“Thank you for helping me to not be uncomfortable with others’ tears!” –Sanders
“God grieves with us. Thank you! I needed that reminder.” –Dee
One-on-One Coaching
Dealing with loss is one of the toughest life experiences a person kind find themselves enduring. It can turn your life upside-down; with compound loss (of friends and relationships), lower productivity, loss of hope and happiness, despair… you get it. It’s not easy and sometimes you need help.Although I am not a licensed counselor, I do understand loss and know the difficulties of being on this journey so few seem to understand (unless they have been there themselves). In my work as a Chaplain and Minister, I have served many that are facing life without their loved ones and I can say, “I understand” (two of the most painful words I have expressed since the death of my precious granddaughter).
It’s important for you to understand that YOU are the expert on YOUR grief, I am here to walk alongside you and give you insights on the journey to help you lean into your healing. Let’s move forward together.
I work one-on-one with you by telephone, Skype/Zoom, face-to-face meetings and/or email.
